Studios
There are many webcam modeling agencies and studios which are recruiting webcam models to work in their studios  or from home for them! 
Advantages
IT facilities(high performance computers, HD webcams)
They create your accounts
They help you with tips
Pretty decorated room

Disadvantages
They take between 20-50% of your earnings
You have a specific program
They have rules
They know everything you do
 HOME
Independent Model
Personally I recommend it! You have a lot of information here about what you need to start, how to register and tips to become a top model!
Advantages
Work from home and be your own boss
Go online whenever you want
Receive all your earnings 
You feel more comfortable at home  
Disadvantages
Register personally (it's not so hard if you read our guides)
You need to buy a high performance computer and a HD webcam if you don't have them already
